What do I do in case I receive a defective/damaged / wrong book from Mimarathi.net?
We at Mimarathi.net always have you in mind, so we strive to make sure that our products reach you in their original condition. Still if an item ordered by you on is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition or a wrong book is inadvertently delivered to you, please email us at sales@mimarathi.net for a replacement within 2 days after delivery. We will also have the defective/damaged book picked up from you at no extra cost and send the replacement book. In case you want a refund instead of replacement, we will be happy to do refund after deducting the delivery and pick-up shipping charges and the payment gateway charges.
How can I return a product ordered from Mimarathi.net?
To provide you a worry free shopping experience on Mimarathi.net we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy. Within 15 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened book(s) in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping and payment gateway costs).
When you return your product, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note (if you feel like it!), put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note (our returns address is given below) and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us. We will refund to you the entire cost of the returned item, less shipping costs. Please note that we will provide a refund facility only for products bought from our website. Upon receipt of your package with the item in it, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order.
